Hitonowa（以下「当方」といいます。）は、当方が提供するアプリケーション「FocusQuest」（以下「本アプリ」といいます。）における利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。
本アプリでは、アプリの機能提供および改善のため、以下の情報を取得または保存する場合があります。
なお、本アプリは、利用者の氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、位置情報等を、利用者の明示的な入力または許可なく取得することはありません。
当方は、取得した情報を以下の目的で利用します。
本アプリのデータは、利用者の端末内に保存される場合があります。
また、今後の機能追加により、クラウド保存、バックアップ、同期機能等を提供する場合があります。
端末内に保存されたデータは、利用者が本アプリを削除した場合、消去されることがあります。
当方は、利用者の端末操作、OSの仕様、外部サービスの障害、その他当方の責めに帰すべきでない事由によりデータが消失した場合、その復旧を保証しません。
本アプリでは、App Storeを通じてサブスクリプションまたはアプリ内課金を提供する場合があります。
購入処理、決済情報、返金、解約等はApple Inc.が管理します。
当方は、利用者のクレジットカード番号その他の決済情報を取得または保存しません。
当方は、有料機能の提供に必要な範囲で、App Storeから提供される購入状態、サブスクリプションの有効状態、取引情報等を確認する場合があります。
本アプリでは、タイマー終了、リマインダー、達成状況等を通知するため、利用者の許可を得たうえで通知機能を使用する場合があります。
通知の許可は、利用者が端末の設定からいつでも変更できます。
本アプリでは、AIを利用した目標分解、タスク生成、提案機能等を提供する場合があります。
これらの機能を利用する際、利用者が入力した目標、タスク、その他関連情報が、AIサービス提供者へ送信される場合があります。
送信された情報は、当該AIサービス提供者のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。
本アプリでは、アプリの品質向上、利用状況の分析、不具合調査、広告配信、購入状態の確認等のため、第三者が提供するサービスを利用する場合があります。
利用するサービスには以下が含まれる場合があります。
第三者サービスを利用する場合、当該サービス提供者に対して利用状況、クラッシュ情報、端末情報等が送信されることがあります。
送信された情報は、各サービス提供者のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。
当方は、次の場合を除き、利用者の情報を第三者に提供しません。
当方は、取得した情報の漏えい、滅失、改ざん、不正アクセス等を防止するため、合理的な範囲で安全管理措置を講じます。
ただし、インターネット通信、端末、OS、外部サービス等の性質上、情報の安全性を完全に保証するものではありません。
利用者は、本アプリ内の機能または端末の設定により、保存されたデータの確認、変更、削除を行える場合があります。
お問い合わせにより、当方が保有する利用者情報について、開示、訂正、削除等の依頼があった場合、本人確認のうえ、法令に従い合理的な範囲で対応します。
未成年の利用者が本アプリを利用する場合、保護者の同意を得たうえで利用するものとします。
未成年の利用者がサブスクリプションまたはアプリ内課金を利用する場合も、保護者の同意を得たものとみなします。
本アプリは、今後の機能追加により、利用者同士の連携、交流、応援、ランキング、データ共有等の機能を提供する場合があります。
利用者は、他の利用者との関係、連絡、取引、トラブル等について自己の責任において対応するものとします。
当方は、利用者間に生じた紛争、損害、トラブルその他一切の問題について責任を負いません。
当方は、本アプリの利用により生じた損害、データの消失、利用不能、端末の不具合、第三者サービスに起因する問題等について、当方に故意または重過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。
当方は、必要に応じて本プライバシーポリシーを変更することがあります。
変更後の内容は、本アプリ内または当方が適切と判断する方法により告知します。
変更後に利用者が本アプリを利用した場合、変更後のプライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなします。

Users may enable or disable notifications at any time through their device settings.
The App may provide AI-powered features such as goal breakdowns, task generation, recommendations, and similar functionality.
When using these features, information entered by users, including goals, tasks, and related content, may be transmitted to AI service providers.
Any transmitted information will be handled in accordance with the privacy policies of the respective AI service providers.
The App may use third-party services for quality improvement, analytics, advertising, crash reporting, subscription verification, and other operational purposes.
